Cyberpunk 2077 is an open world action role-playing video game by CD Project Red, set in the futuristic metropolis of Night City. The game combines First-person combat, exploration and a branching storytelling system where your actions and decisions impact the story within the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 contains countless references to other video games, films, and small interactive details that enrich and elevate the player’s experience. We’ve put together a list of some of these hidden gems in the game that you won’t want to miss.
Meredith Stout Found Underwater
Location:

During the Pickup mission, V is asked to obtain a prototype combat bot from Militech called the Flathead. To do this, they must deal with the Maelstorm gang at the All Foods Factory in the Northern side in the Industrial District of Watson. V also has the number of a Militech Internal Affairs agent, Meredith Stout, whom they contact for more information regarding the stolen equipment.
When they meet under the overpass near the All Foods Factory, one of the bodyguards jacks into V’s personal link to start an interrogation.
During this interrogation Stout asks if they are alone and if they know if Gilchrist is responsible for leaking information about the convoy. After the interrogation V proposes a deal to Stout, information in exchange for the Militeach Flathead. Meredith Stout agrees on one condition: that V pays for the flathead with a Militech Credchip.
If V declines this offer V will need to find out another way to pay Meredith.

And so, if the player decides not to side with Meredith during The Pickup, Anthony Gilchrist will replace her as Senior Operations Manager. Meredith is never seen again. However if you go for a cold swim you’ll see her in her watery grave with a block of concrete covering her feet.
Find and Drive the Batmobile
Location:

The Rayfield Caliburn is Cyberpunk’s fastest car, and it pays tribute to an iconic superhero car. To find this Cyberpunk-batmobile version, you’ll need to travel to the badlands. Make sure you finish the “Ghost Town” mission first and wait two days (in game time). The location of this car is inside a cave.
If you decided to help Panam get revenge on Nash during the “ghost Town” mission. Panam and V will assault Raffen Shiv’s hideout in the Corp-Bud mine, where Nash will be killed. Here you’ll find a shipping container and the Rayfield Caliburn inside. The car will be yours once you sit on it.

Discover Vault 101
Location:

One of many easter eggs Cyberpunk 2077 features is situated on the east of the Border Check point in Rattlesnake Creek. If you go here you’ll find a recreation of iconic vault 101.
Outside the vault entrance you’ll find the bodies of two LARPers that played out their exit from the vault.

Here, you will also find a shard containing dialogue about a hydroprocessor between Albert Cole and Gary Epps. A tribute to original plot.
Visit V’s Secret Mansion
Location:

Visit V’s secret penthouse on the top of a skyscraper, explore it and take the secret weapons inside. However, accessing it sometimes requires glitches or mods, as doors remain blocked during gameplay. Here are two ways to access V’s secret mansion without mods:
Climb to the roof
To access V’s Penthouse by climbing, you’ll need to stay at the H10 Megabuilding and take the lift. Once at the top, use double jump,Reinforced tendons, to climb on to the top of the lift. Jump to the opposite platform and through the maintenance section. Then drop through a small hatch and navigate the internal structure. Lastly, continue climbing until you reach the penthouse area.

Vehicle Glitch
Another way to access the penthouse without using modes is taking advantage of one particular glitch in Cyberpunk 2077. If you spawn a vehicle beside the sloped exterior wall near the penthaus, you can access the house. By entering and exiting the car in certain positions can push the player character through collision boundaries. This will allow you to access beyond the locked walls.
❗ATTENTION GAMERS: Since later patches, the penthouse doors appear locked before “The Sun” ending. Before this mission, you can explore the exterior areas. Only during “The Sun” you can access the interior areas.
How To Adopt The Street Cat
Location:

Before you go looking for Nibbles cat, make sure you have played through the prologue, the Heist and Playing For Time.
Leave V’s apartment and head left down the corridor to find an alleyway with a food bowl beside a dumpster. If you search the dumpster you’ll find a shard called Feed Teh Cat. This one explains that if you put food in the bowl, you’ll attract a cat.
💡If you don’t have any cat food in your inventory, you can buy it from food vendors.

When you place the cat food inside the bowl, you’ll have to wait 12 in game hours to return to the alley. When you return to the ally, you’ll find nibbles, the sphynx cat. Approaching him will alert him and he’ll move into V’s apartment, where he becomes a permanent pet.
The Cyberencabulator, an homage to the Turbo Encabulator
To find the Cyberencarburator you’ll need to start the “Belly of the Beast” mission. At the top of the staircase, inside the tunnel you’ll devise an unusual device. Once you scan it you’ll see it is an artifact made by Arkasa Corp called the “Cyberencabulator”. This Item pays homage to the “Turbo Encabulator”, a fictional electromechanical machine that became a famous in-joke among engineers.
The description for this item uses a parodical technobabble to make it sound real, and so the game depicts it. When you scan the Cyberencarburator you’ll see the following description:
