Dart

From publisher blurb: Ripped from the pages of Deus ex Historica. Dart was a two-bit criminal before he gained superpowers. Now that he has gained superspeed, he commits crimes of larger scale and more quickly. Dart is a golden age villain PL 10 who could act superfast thug, with limited ambition and goals. He will never be a mastermind but if there is a job that needs a little speed and he can be paid for it, then he will be there. This is the third in a series of releases that will make up the final Deus ex Historica.
