From the introduction: Hello there Jumper! This time you find yourself in a cartoony realm created by the artist known as Norithics Kusemurai. Of course, they don't really have much of a consistent setting outside of one ongoing storyline, but they do have plenty of recurring characters, plot-points, tropes and shenanigans going on that don't really conflict with one another, that might as well be considered a semi-coherent setting if you tilt your head and squint. This is but one of the places you might find yourself in this Jump! So whether it's the far-flung future of Partners volumes 1 and 2, or the “setting" implied by his various gags and recurring characters, your "adventures" for the next decade will be drawn from the art of Norithics.
