Wraiths

From the PDF: You are about to join the world’s elite covert insertion force. Because of its ultimate commitment to stealth, security and secrecy, the force is called the "Wraiths". The Wraiths take on missions that are considered too sensitive, dangerous, or isolated for other special forces. There is no such thing as an average mission characteristic.
