Nathan Drake & Victor Sullivan are promo characters to offer more variety to the base game and have their own unique effects. They are not be found inside the retail copy of Uncharted: The Board Game, but were rather given as preorder bonuses, and later made available through other avenues such as the BoardGameGeek Geek Store.
