From the back of the book: Danger All Around The threats adventurers face go far beyond the creatures that lie in wait for them - the very terrain through which they travel can be a danger. Wilderness & Wasteland contains new hazards, diseases, plants and poisons, as well as rules and guidelines for making the terrain your adventurers pass through more than just backup. Includes five encounters designed to take advantage of the new rules presented herein, with information on scaling them up or down depending on the power level of your adventuring party.
