Whispers of Persephone

From publisher blurb: Sigvol, The Necromancer, has brought forth the darkest of the mystic arts. His Stygian Necromancer tradition walks a path of blood to garner power. Within the bloodstained pages of his book, Whispers of Persephone, you'll find rules for this new arcane tradition for wizards as well as rituals, spells, new magic items, as well as new alchemicals, poisons and potions. Bring forth this magic, if you dare.
