Description from the designer: Wallet Civ in Space! is a 9 card pen and paper game. Print or write out the 9 instruction cards, and on the reverse of each card, you will create your space mining empire. Each turn, shuffle the deck, set aside 2 of the cards not in play this turn, play out 4 cards "space" side up to build upon, and then the remaining 3 cards "instruction" side up to see what you can do!
