Waiting for the Worms

Publisher's blurb: This adventure starts out simple enough, little Gerry lost his family to the big bad sinkhole, blah, blah. Enough with the crying orphans. Gerry was the sole survivor. Gerry is going to be a bad NPC when he gets older.While it is fairly simple encounter the web worms can give an experienced party fits. While the immediate threat is bad, its the long-term threat that could get ugly. All those eggies waiting to hatch to birth baby wormies. While I am sure the party will destroy the eggs, as a GM I like a little cheesey horror mixed with my fantasy. Imagine if you will, the party climbs out of the sinkhole, the eggs blazing in the background, the camera pans slowly to a dark hole. From inside of the hole is the squishy noise of bile covered eggs splitting open. There is a pause, then a batch of baby web worms emerge as the film snaps to black. Just think of the hit the party's reputation might take if they claimed to have cleared the problem only to have it rear up again in a few months. Patrons! Thank you for the support as always.
