Tome of Time

From the introduction: An adventure for 4-6 PCs of 6th level This adventure takes place within the Great Library of Friula, which has the largest collection of written works within the Seven Cities—some parts of the library even float between worlds. It can be easily adapted to other great libraries or to large private collections of books.
