The Rugged Runner, the ship which is bearing the characters to faraway lands, has been stranded amidst thick fog and jagged rocks. What’s worse, it is under attack by a horrifying beast! The cursed monstrosity seeks the sailors’ bodies to create an army of abominations and attack the main land. In order to survive, the characters must uncover the secrets of what lies below the waves and save as many poor souls as possible, lest they themselves never return to shore again. This adventure can take place on any large body of water, far enough from land that no one would think to swim back, and is designed for 3-6 player characters of levels 2-4.
