From the introduction: Welcome to Amphail, a small town close to Waterdeep, where a population of farmers and horse breeders thrived for years. This adventure is balanced for 4 characters at 3rd level, for lower leveled characters, try playing the Oblex avoiding attacking as much as possible, characters of 4th and 5th level shouldn't have much difficulty dealing with this adventure.
