The Stargazer

From publisher blurb: The Stargazer lives at the top of the tower. He offers proclamations regarding the end of suffering and unlife, but no assurance as to how or when. He makes prognostications daily, most of which prove false and seem to waste the time of those who work around him. The Stargazer is not a charlatan, but a misguided man cursed to have made one important prediction that saved a life. And now, every once in a while, his predictions come true.
