From publisher blurb: Meet the Skipper- a psionic warrior with the power of teleportation! Using an ability called “skipping”, these "skippers" can teleport around foes to maneuver impossible battlefield strategies, dodge their enemies' attacks, and make powerful inertial attacks. This class uses the first edition Pathfinder roleplaying game rules (found in the Core Rulebook) and Dreamscarred Press's psionics rule system (found in Ultimate Psionics).
