From the introduction: The adventurers awake from unconsciousness in a strange infirmary with attendants treating to their wounds and ensuring their safety. After an extremely brief explanation as to where they are, they are ushered in to another room. The adventurers quickly realized they have been locked in a terrible place and are expected to retrieve gems, then make it to the exit. With multiple NPC characters and creatures beyond those of the adventurers and only a scarce number of gems, this is both a race and a survival test.
