Those who can manipulate the essence of magic, whether through the use of magical spells or by supernatural gifts, possess the ability to warp and alter the very fabric of reality and to shape it to their will. Welcome to the Netbook of Spells and Magic, a publication of the Fantasy Netbook Community Council. This netbook has been produced as the effort of a community of contributors to serve as a gaming resource. It expands the pool of spells, domains, new magic systems, house rules, and other material related to spells and magic. This netbook was designed in support of the D20 gaming system environment.
