Mosquito

From the publisher: Arthur Mossberg was a small man who just wanted to live to see retirement, until the looming threats of age, illness, and unemployment drove him to take desperate measures. Now, thanks to the diabolical Doctor Shock, Arthur is a "small man" in more ways than one, a tiny, buzzing figure feeding on the bio-electricity of others in order to survive. Anyone who thought he was a bother before hasn't reckoned with the sting of ... the Mosquito!
