Mithra

From publisher blurb: A good man goes to war... Mithra! A Power Level 13 Rival, Mithra is a patriotic superhero from Iran ready to be added to any Mutants and Masterminds campaign. Mithra is an extremely potent Power Level 13 character who can present a serious dilemma to your PCs. He's a good man who wraps himself in the flag of a foreign power! A perfect foil for a super-patriot or military-themed hero, Mithra can also represent the goodness to be found in all people. Not a terrorist, bully, or thug, this sophisticated foreign hero can offer brilliant opportunities for roleplaying in your campaign.
