From the introduction: Mist Island is a ghost island that harbors unusual and rare resources that can be a bonanza for the right interests, but the island is also part of the mysterious, mercurial, and dangerous Feywild. On Mist Island, the players will shift slowly from the realm of Toril to the Feywild and must be careful to get back to their ship or be forever lost in the tangled vegetation, prey of the Dark Fey.
