This is the last Kamen Rider video game released on PlayStation, after this, they would be released on PlayStation 2 until a certain time. It is a basic fighting game where all 13 Kamen Riders are playable with all the forms seen in the show, movie and specials (with the exception of the Alternatives, Ouja's and Knight's Blank Form, seen respectively in Episode Final and Kamen Rider Art Collection Hero Hen, as well as any hypothetical Blank Forms. However, Ryuki's appears at the beginning of the Challenge Mode (it is actually unlockable, see unlockables below). Four of the Contract Monsters (Volcancer, Metalgelas, Destwilder and Gigazelle), the two Zebraskulls (Iron and Bronze) and Megazelle are also playable.
