Designer's Summary: The Malice House is located just inside the Avernus Ridge, the first plane of Hell. The party find themselves in a situation where the solution to the current plague is to make a deal with the evil hag Halal. But of course no favor goes without a favor in kind. The villages have only a week, but Halal has her price and it must be paid. The Malice House is more than a micro-adventure. The adventure structure is loose so the GM can take the opportunity to do some serious role-playing to solve solution. Brute force just won't do it.
