Description

Alfred Pleasanton battles with J.E.B.Stuart along the Ashby's Gap Turnpike trying to determine where Lee's army is going. Last Full Measure: Aldie, Middleburg, and Upperville is a free print-and-play game of the Battles along the Ashby's Gap Turnpike, June 17th-21st, 1863, the fifth game in the LFM series. A brigade scale game that uses regiment counters, as opposed to generic line markers, to spread the brigade over multiple hexes according to it's size. Ranged artillery fire, cavalry charges, command and control, all in only eight pages of rules. Play aids include Player-aid card with CRT and other charts and table; Eliminated Units card, Order of Arrival card, and 240 2-sided counters. This map measures a long 82" x 24" at a scale of 250 yard per 3/4" hex. Printed at a reduced scale and 5/8" hexes will make it about 69" long. -description from designer
