Game Info
UNLICENSED GAME This game is an unlicensed version of Donkey Kong. From the inlay: Rescue the girl from the clutches of Kong. Full 4 screen game with solid machine code featuring rolling barrels, fire, flying dumbells and moving lifts. Only on the 4th screen can the beast be defeated and brought crashing down! User Summary Kong was written by Paul Owens and is a clone of the classic Donkey Kong arcade game. The main difference on the first screen is that there are only five gantries rather than six in the original. Kong therefore ends up on the opposite side of the screen. Nintendo apparently did not hold a grudge about the release of this game - Ocean published an officially licensed version of Donkey Kong in 1986.
