User Summary If you couldn't get enough of the feathered boys at St. PigeoNation, then this game is for you. Holiday Star takes place in the middle of the original Hatoful Boyfriend. Because Hato Mao couldn't allow this game to impact the previous one, there are almost no branching options, making this more of a literal visual novel. That said, it's still well worth getting to watch as it lampoons Christmas specials, magical girl anime, and Galaxy Express/Polar Express. In between the 4 larger episodes are 6 smaller stories that provide more information about Japanese life and holiday traditions. There's also several "radio show" segments where player questions are answered.
