Game Info
From the introduction: BURPS, or Bez's Universal Role Playing System has been designed as a reaction to the many systems out there where high-level, competent characters routinely do things flat-out impossible for ordinary people. Anyone can get lucky, and anyone can be unlucky when under pressure. User summary: The combat sequence is surprisingly complicated.
