Freeform Roleplaying Game

admin note This entry is for a specific game methodology titled (somewhat confusingly) "Freeform Roleplaying Game". This entry is not a generic system, mechanic, nor RPG entry for freeform gaming. For the freeform mechanic see Free-form (minimal or no rules - think improv theatre) User summary: Freeform is a diceless, narrative game system that rejects traditional role-playing mechanics in favor of a purely narrative system. The game does not use statistics or other character mechanics, instead relying on narrative tags and group discussion. The bulk of the "rules" presented consist of a series of forum discussions describing methods that have been used successfully in game sessions, as well as noting methods that don't work.
