Adventure Background Deep in the jungles a strange cult centered around a heavenly figure has been kidnapping, raiding, and doing whatever necessary to collect mortal sacrifices to appease this strange being whom they are calling ‘The Rainbow Serpent’. In truth it is a Coautl, normally a heavenly, law- ful good being. This one has become twisted and evil yet maintains its magical powers. It now wishes to feed upon humanoids, and grants its spells of cure wounds, create food and water, an its restoration spells as blessings to the cultists that serve it.
