Aetolia

Aetolia is a game played entirely online through a 'telnet' connection, which is merely a method of connecting to another computer. It is an extraordinarily rich world, where you take on the role of a character and make your own path in your virtual life. You'll be frequently interacting with other, real people who are also playing. Source: The Game Website.
