CARE - The Card Action Resolution Engine is presented as nine HTML pages that detail the game, namely: Character Creation; Skills; Basic Mechanics; Arms, Armor, and Combat; Kits and Shops; Wear; Movement; Magic; and Character Advancement. An additional HTML page presents the armor table and a character sheet in a printable format. The game has a fairly robust skill system that works with the core mechanic of card-driven conflict resolution. The mechanic is intended to be a generic and universal system and the rules cover swords to spaceships, with a slight emphasis on modern weapons. There is no setting defined.
