From publisher blurb: Blood Ichor Oil is set in a supernatural, medieval world of vampires, demons and war machines. Safety (and fear and ignorance) from all of this is found in what is known as the Pale Crescent: a sickle shaped sliver of land about 50 miles at its widest and 250 miles in diameter. It’s riddled with hamlets and tiny villages. People are generally poor, sickly and don’t travel. There are no cities, no guilds, and no central authority. The PC’s aren’t heroes; they aren’t even very good people. What they are, is people who don’t live in fear, but let the fear and ignorance of others work for them.
