Beneath a High Pillow

User summary: This game is set in the "Roaring '20s" and focuses on several criminals in a syndicate. All playable characters are fixed - the game does not use (or allow) character generation. The play style transpires in phases; during each phase one player's selected character is the focus of narrative attention and all other players assume supporting (minor) roles. The game is unusual inasmuch as the major players cannot be eliminated, though they can be frustrated and injured.
