Game Info
"Your prize will be the doom of you. Krakens rise from the sea, Theon, or did you forget that during your years among the wolves?" –George R.R. Martin, A Clash of Arms Spoils of War is the first Chapter Pack in the "Conquest and Defiance" cycle for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game. In Spoils of War, each of the six Great Houses of Westeros enjoy the plunder and glories of their victories...even as those trophies place them at risk to lose their positions of power. Among the Chapter Pack's sixty cards (three copies each of twenty individual cards), you'll find captives, spies, vengeful schemes, righteous fury, and deadly, crippling treachery. Many of the new cards from Spoils of War feature the "prized" keyword, which balances tremendous risks and rewards in deck-building and play. These cards lend material, in-game value to the riches you plunder, the captives you seize, and the castles you successfully siege. But can you hold them once you win them? Prized cards give your opponents power when they enter your discard or dead piles, so it’s up to you to leverage your spoils toward victory!
