2400: Xot

Includes tables to randomly generate characters like (like a telepathic salvager with a cat-sized tardigrade), exotica (like an atmospheric annihilator or a xenobiotic injector), settlements (like one known for its fungal servitors, dangerously close to The Crawling Palace), and encounters (like a protean warlord with coppery teeth seeking worthy opponents).
