User Summary Zaxxon's Motherbase 2000 is an indirect sequel to Sega's 1982 arcade game, Zaxxon. In this installment, the player can pilot a larger vessel with more firepower but less maneuvering capacity or break off with their fighter which makes it easier to dodge enemies. There are sequences of fighting groups of bad guys and gaining power-ups and also boss fights within each level.
