Zabaranth's Sundial

From publisher blurb: The Archmage Zabaranth the Magnificent created a number of unique and distinctive sorcerous artifacts with powerful enchantments, imbuing many of them with a degree of intelligence or self-awareness. He situated these across Vadashar and elsewhere in the World of Zul. These wonders channel extraplanar energies and the lost science of the Giant Kings of Ancient Zul. One of the most strange and potent of these is Zabaranth's Sundial, a sentient alien quasi-artifact with reality-warping powers, the kind that can give a knowledgeable wizard mastery over the Timestream. Included: Backstory & description of Zabaranth’s Sundial Uses of the Sundial New Spell: Pierce the Temporal Mesh Brief history of the City of Vadashar
