Xerix II: Caverns of Mars

User Summary Xerix II follows the events of Xerix, but is instead level based, rather than a single continuous level. In Xerix II, the player flies their ship against a host of alien ships that arrive in waves. Upgrades can be picked up, but the ship resets with each new level. Uniquely, there is both a foreground and a background graphic layer in Xerix II, which features 12 levels.
