The Plot: The town of Westhallow has become the origin point for a strange, region-wide transformation. Tens of thousands of square miles have turned from temperate fields and forests to stretches of desert scrubland, rolling plains, mountainous valleys, and wind-swept rock formations, all jampacked together in a geographical hodgepodge. The changes to terrain are nothing compared to the changes to the people and creatures living there. Residents find their clothes changed to trousers and duster jackets, broad-brimmed hats and cotton skirts galore. The land finds itself replete with strange ‘leadspitter pistols’ and other odd projectile weapons, and unusual drawls and twangs find themselves seeping more and more into everyone’s way of speaking. Now, a tinker gnome named Bellis Rustgear has hired your party of unlikely heroes to investigate the source of these strange changes and report back to her with solid information. This quest will lead the party on a whacky, outragous and super fun romp across the outer landscapes of Westhallow with some unlikely allies by their side!
