Post-brexit, it was only a matter of time before Wales gained independence, but the nation is less free than ever. Now not only a vassal to England, Wales is largely outsourced to a number of multinational brands who use the people and fauna of the land as test subjects for their market research. Wales is subject to insanely complex bureaucracies, brutal weapons research, mind control, propaganda, diseases, and, most pernicious of all, a complete collapse of narratives, meaning that nothing can be trusted to be the same day to day. The sun rises still but everything else changes. Wales is a land of song and poverty, dignity and gratuitous ultraviolence. Wales is facing the worst case scenario.
