User summary: Worlds of Adventure: Fantasy Realms uses a resolution system called the Synergy Game System. The process uses a pool of d10 (from 1 to 3 dice) against either an opponent's dice pool or a static target number. The dice pool size is determined by a characters Aptitude in a relevant skill. Tasks may have difficulty modifiers. Combat occurs in rounds, each character taking an action in each round. Several special types of actions are possible; generally, however, combat works via combat skills. The Test Drive document includes basic "quick start" rules, pre-generated characters, and an introductory scenario entitled Wolves and Goblins. The Test Drive does not present complete rules for character creation. The Test Drive document refers to a Kickstarter which did not fund. This game was intended to be the "second edition of" Synergy Fantasy.
