User Summary World Empire is a Risk-like game for DOS where the world is divided into 71 territories. Players must choose one of four ideologies that guide their nation and provide strengths and weaknesses: Populist, Militarist, Socialist or Realist. All 71 territories are predisposed to a particular ideology and will be easier to conquer and hold if your ideology matches. Territories that do not match your ideology will have a chance of revolution and require more armies to maintain. The rest of the game follows typical Risk rules, with bonus armies being awarded for holding a continent, D6 dice rolls for combat, and so on.
