User Summary In the second installment of this turn-based strategy war game you play as a world leader and have even more ways of achieving world domination. In addition to diplomacy, spies and propaganda you can also invest in infrastructure and, of course go to an all out war using your aircraft carriers, submarines, rockets, satellites and nukes. Also, you have two actions every turn but so do your enemies so plan your strategy well and forge your path to victory.
