From the introduction: This adventure brings the investigators to the American South to help debunk the claim that a tract of land is haunted. Unfortunately, the real estate agent who hires the investigators will vanish while showing a client the land in question. The action is set in Florida in modern times. With some slight modifications it can be set in a different place and/or time. The adventure itself is fairly short and straightforward, but is still fairly dangerous.
