Woad Hag

From publisher blurb: Furtive whispers behind closed doors spread rumors of supernatural forces which control the actions of the aristocracy. Although they aren't always taken seriously, when these conspiracy theories have merit, often a woad hag lies at the center of that tangled web. Expanding upon Fifth Edition's rules, this PDF is a playtest draft of a monster using TBM Games' psionics system. Using this PDF, you will have the resources necessary to bring a Woad Hag to life in your 5e game, either as a villain in your game's story or as a singular encounter.
