From the introduction: Ms. Edith Price is a slight woman who carries a white cane. Her eyes are clouded over with cataracts, ones she was born with. She also happens to be one of the foremost mythos experts in the world, having done significant oral history research into the incidents caused by various Old Ones throughout the last ten years. Ms. Price is called to the location because of her unique talents – she can read braille.
