Web of Heroes

In the Web of Heroes all enhanced beings, no matter what the source of their power, are called "paranormals." ... Life, Liberty, Truth, and Justice are the accepted order as well as being the ideals most paranormals try to uphold. Paranormals are feared and misunderstood. In this world no one wants to be a paranormal, no one wants to be different, and consequently many paranormals try to blend in. (From page 1 of the game book)
