Weather Top: Tower of the Wind is one of the Middle Earth Fortress Series, a source book for ICEs Middle Earth Role Playing Game (MERP). This source book is set in the hey day of Cardolan, Arnor, and Arthedain. This source book includes plenty of information on the history of Weather Top, and information on the garrisons, people and surrounding areas. Weather Top: Tower of the Wind also has a chapter covering adventuring in and around the fortress through it's history - as a garrison, during war, as a ruin, and in the Fourth Age.
