Waters of Charnorte

from Using Charnorte: Charnorte is presented as a Bretonnian adventure site, and will be further explored in the future. As a seer the dowager can be used as a contact. Perhaps the PCs are seeking a treasure, or ancient site, and need the Dowager to divine the location, or they need to find the location of a missing NPC. Similarly the tent town is a potential source of cults, both chaos and mundane, disease, intrigue and death.
