From the introduction: Waste World Lite: A Fist Full of Credits, published by Manticore Productions Limited, is a complete role-playing adventure game. These HTML pages are an edited version of that book. The background and rules appear in the same form as the book, and these contain everything you need to play except dice. The difference between these HTML pages and the book is that most of the book's images have been left out to speed viewing, and only the first adventure of the book's three part mini-campaign is included here. This is self contained, however, so you won't find the action ending 'mid-sentence'.
