From the Introduction: WarClans Book I: The Ancient and the Lost is the first in a series of WarClan books that focus on the WarClans of the nonhuman races. This first volume covers the Elves, Dwarves, and Tuathae, and also introduces a new race, the rare Merfolk. Since the most numerous WarClans are those of Men, this book also details four new human WarClans, clans that are deeply connected to Man's history.
