Publisher's blurb: The Prison is Empty and All the Criminals are Here Keep your eyes on the shadows and a hand on your coinpurse, because a cruel crew of criminals have been unleashed on the Realms. This collection of NPCs, created for fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons, brings with them terrifying tales of plots and betrayals - either comitted by them or towards them, depending on who you ask. Brought to you by bestselling DMsGuild authors, Wanted Dead or Alive adds a series of dubious characters that can be used to add some depth to the underbelly of your world. The criminals can work in any campaign and in any setting, finding ways to circumvent the law despite whatever fantastical powers might be afoot.
